How is George Bush responsible for the police exam in Va. Beach? That is the problem of Mayor Myra. No it is the problem of blacks and hispanics who aren't prepared for the math exam. It is not the job of the Justice Department to allege discrimination based only on results. I thought this was one of the reasons we didn't vote for Algore.

There are very few Blacks and Hispanics that live in VA. Beach. The one's that are complaining are probably from Norfolk or elsewhere.
