It's like blacks calling each other the N word. Muslims can slaughter each other by the millions, blow up kids in a day care, call each other blaspehmers til the cows come home. But it takes whitey publishing a stupid cartoon to really get them mad. They can all F off and die.
It took that imam from Denmark five months to get this display of rage organized and even then they got only the usual couple thousand to show up.

Indeed, this entire event has been stage managed from the beginning.
I have been trying to document this entire event and the evidence I have collected is fairly damning.
If you click back to the original Blogger that LGF refers to he offers up some sound reasons as to the intent of this affair was to deflect internal criticism from the Saudis, Syrians and many others.

It was alarming the first couple days, but people are looking around now and seeing what a non-event it is turning out to be.
It is going on a while longer than it should in the more backwater countries, but it is not near the mass uprising some apparently hoped for.
Oh I totally agree. I do believe however that this has the possability of spilling over in something much worse if the local Govts do not start taking control of this issue.
That being said, I am careful to note that of a population of 1.2 Billion Moslems, a few thousand riot in backwaters of the world while the rest yawn.
The Islamists overplayed their hand in this as thy usually do and it has, IMHO, had the net effect of hardening attitudes in the West and in the EU in particular.
I love how this stuff backfires on them.

For what it's worth, the pigface story just keeps getting better and better. It turns out the shot is an old photo of a French clown making an appearance at some pork-related event. So, not only did it not come from the Danish publication, it's not a depiction of Mohammed, either.
