Interdict all drugs coming into this country. Place all said drugs in a desolate corner of North Dakota.

Any & all who want to get high/stoned/wasted - what have you, can do it in this section of North Dakota.

They must remain in North Dakota. They cannot count on any outside help for their self imposed stupidity. If one gets sick, OD's, rots away - tisk, tisk. You made your choice.

It was not the intention here to insult the good folks of North Dakota in any shape or form. Perhaps Antarctica instead - wait! That would insult penguins....
