We (the whole people) certainly don't ACT like we're at war with Islam.
If we were, there would be a whole lot of talk about how bad Islam is. And how bad the things its followers do are. And what its horrible history is.
Instead, we go out of our way to draw distinctions between the religion and the terrorists.
When they themselves do not.
Call me names all you like, but if we are at war with Islam, then we have a different opinion of what 'war' is.
