If you look at the list, they aren't all high level..at that, there are many PR and communication positions like Deutsch held.. If that isn't complete (it looks like around 500+) then I don't know how the administration had the time to conduct all the conspiracies they are accused of..

If you look at the list, they aren't all high level..at that, there are many PR and communication positions like Deutsch held. There's presidential appointees, and then there's presidential appointees. For example, there's the almost 8,000-strong SES, all appointed under presidential authority without confirmation, although filling those positions is usually delegated to the department heads.
