Israel AND Egypt have been receiving between $2-3 billion a year since Camp David in '79. Heck, a lot of those years Egypt has been the recipient of the most aid the United States has given to one country.

Hence, one may notice that Mubarak mostly keeps his mouth shut regarding Israel and the US. He is bought and paid for. But will he stay bought?
