If you've read the thread, you've discovered that this is another old email distribution letter. It's a good letter, but someone wrote it long ago, and it's already been on Free Republic a number of times.
Posting forwarded emails in News topics is almost always a bad idea.
Well, golly gee whiz... I am sure glad that you let me know that. I checked the title, and posted it. News isn't always "news" in the threads, and this is no exception.
