Oh, the crowd woulda gone crazy if the President & Mrs. Bush left. The MSM would, too, I can see the headline:
"President Bush Disrespects the Memories of Coretta Scott King as He Walks Out"

Why Bush sat there is beyond me. I would have stood up and left. What a bunch of worthless, useless people in that crowd. And Jimmy Carter- he never fails to amaze me. Just as Bush had the good sense to snub the NAACP when they invited him to a few of their rallys or what else they call them- he should have bypassed this as well. It was a trap. Just a disgusting perversion.

President Bush should have stood up, taken Laura's hand, and quietly left the building. Although he would have been justified in doing so, that would have been the wrong thing to do. The headlines would have blasted him: "BUSH WALKS OUT OF KING FUNERAL SERVICE"
What they said would be over looked and under publicized. Bush proved once again, that he is better then they are.

It's good that the adults are in charge so we can stay on the right track to protecting our freedom and our nation while the children pitch their fits.
Imagine if these brats had the House or the Senate or the White House. The muslims would've already taken over.

Bush didn't send troops to "free Iraqis", he sent them to find WMD's. You cannot be that stupid.

Wellstone redux.
This is despicable, disgraceful behavior. Why didn't they "honor" Ms. King's memory more fully by protesting the funeral??
I am just disgusted by these people.

I think events like happened today at King Pep rally, will go down in history and show what idiots the dim party turned out to be and how those type of incidents were the decline to their party.

You know! It is never about George Bush. He is the most compassionate President in my lifetime.
The only reason that he went to Mrs. King's funeral was to honor her and he should have been treated with the respect that is due him.

I guess it took more class to show a President respect at a funeral he attended to show his respect -- than these "good people" possess..
This is precisely why Black Churches that act as political arms of the DNC - should lose their tax exemptions..
This is precisely why, the President shouldn't expose himself to humiliation by attending black DNC snake pits.

Shades of Paul Wellstone's funeral and will likely cause a similar backlash.
Coretta Scott King deserved better than this raving lunacy. What I found especially galling was Bill "Stained Dress" Clinton trying to act righteous. The Black preacher's rhyming BS was typical for the crowd.
