Don't assume a 1LT knows crapola about the army - It's his FIRST promotion, and usually no more than 2 years in.True, however...one of the first things an officer gets hit with upon getting to his first unit is doing reports of survey. They almost always fall to the most junior officer since everyone hates doing them LOL....I know I sure as hell hated them.
