"Thousands Remember Coretta Scott King" ---------- I was watching Fox News and they showed Jimmy Carter speaking at Coretta Scott King's funeral, and sure enough, he started talking about illegal wire-tapping and other examples of government run amok. I am appalled that he would use this opportunity to bash the President, but not really surprised. :-(

All anyone needs to know about Carter can be learned by reviewing his presidency.

I am appalled that he would use this opportunity to bash the President, but not really surprised. I'd be surprised if he didn't. Unlike his Palestinian brethren, Jimmah never ceases to take full advantage of his opportunities.

Yes, I completely agree with you. I am merely being respectful of a woman who has passed away.
To: pillut48
The very fact that these libs have used a decent woman's funeral to Bush bash shows how little integrity or honor they have! They have lost discernment and decency. The woman they speak about would not have wanted them to use her homegoing as an opportunity for the flesh to scream out its wants. They should be ashamed--you would think after the outcry of the Alito hearings these libs would learn, but alas they do not. I do not think they can be saved.
To: truthingod
Yeah this will backfire again for the libs but I am sure people are cheering it on at other sites
All of a sudden I have a splitting headache
Coincidence??

To: pillut48
You'd think that what with Carter's penchant for tyrants, the "illegal" wiretapping would make Jimmy respect Bush all the more.

A funeral is no place for Carter or anyone else to be making political speeches. Just proves to me what I've suspected for many years. Jimmy Carter doesn't know where the hell he is at. When he was president, he couldn't concentrate on two subjects in the same day. Worst President we ever had. Why the press thinks it is necessary to print anything this idiot says is beyond me.

Bill Clinton had to remind them that they were in the house of the Lord.
Bill, as much as I dislike you - Thank you.
That's it, I'm turning off the speakers
Can't take this BS anymore

Democrats like to divert attention from their failures by throwing accusations at Republicans. The failed President James Earl Carter is an excellent example.

Why is Hillary Clinton speaking? The Hildabeast's me too moment.
To: pillut48
Carter is on a perpetual guilt trip. Let's not forget he was Lieutenant Governor to the segregationist Lester Maddox, and he was undoubtedly the worst President of the 20th century. Carter, like the French, is a yardstick I use to decide if I'm the right side of an issue. If I disagree with them, I'm on the right side.
To: Peach
These people are beyond disgust. Carter, for a so-called Christian, is one of the meanest, pettiest people I've ever seen---and it's funny that an Orthodox Jew told me that back in 1976 and I blew him off.
