Notice the change..." who won’t see a physician because they’re Jewish, or who can’t sit in a restaurant because there are Asians, or feels threatened by homosexuals in the workplace.." It's not "won't see a physician because they're homosexual," rather it's feels threatened by..." You can be repulsed by behavior without feeling threatened. I wouldn't want a bunch of smelly non-bathers in my workplace and it wouldn't be because I feel threatened. It's just gross.
