I don't think this is going the way the DUmmies thought it would. I don't hear their "This is IT!" cries of joy which arise whenever they are 100% positive they've found the way to destroy Bush.

And I think the reason is that Bush has been unapologetic about it. When he came out swinging at that press conference and said 'Hearings? Sure!' he destroyed the dems by just standing up and saying 'Here I am, take your best shot.' And these withered old fossils started stuttering "Well, uh, I mean, of COURSE we would have, uh, supported this because, uh, terrorism, uh...'

There's a lesson for the President here--stand up to these people, because they're never going to work with you, but they're too ballless to fight you when you're in the right.

The American people understand the issue clearly....its(wiretapping) all designed to stop another 9/11....and want the government to do whatever it takes to protect them and their families.

Someone please inform the DEMS they are on the wrong side of another national security issue....again.
