So, who is behind this "bipartisan proposal for lobbying and ethics reform" and if McCain is, do we want it?

Considering that the biggest beneficialry of McCain-Feingold turned out to be McCain, I don't think so. Especially since McCain's done nothing to close the loophole that allows him to be the biggest recipient of tribal bucks on the Hill.

Such a cat fight....both having a hissy....who cares? I don't care if they duke it out in the Senate as they are both cut from the same cloth. Why can't we do better than these two?
