It's two guys on the street acting crazy. But the photo seems screwy to me. There's a weird tint to the guy on the left and a pair of legs with no body under the sign. Was this photo shopped?

It looks like the "headless horseman" there does have an arm near the left side of the sign. I can't really tell if it is a kid or small frame person and the rest of them is hidden behind the sign, or someone ducking down to avoid being photographed?

Perhaps whomever took this photo could provide more details.

It looks like there is a person standing in the bed of the truck behind the sign. I used the settings on my monitor to lighten my screen up a little, and that's what it looks like to me.

Never mind....I see where you're talking about now...looks like one leg from the knee down under the guy's sign on the left....that does look strange.

The legs under the sign are attached to a short person. Note the navy blue arm to the left of the sign. The shoulder's height is low enough to allow the head to be below the top of the sign.

The person on the right, however, does seem to be "odd"... and since the figure adds nothing to the picture, one has to wonder why it would be photo-shopped in at all.
