Reagan was in far better health...and younger, than John McCain.
I think the dionsaur comment is for the functions of the brain rather than age.

Reagan wasn't sitting idly as a long term senator. He was gov of Ca. successful two terms. Our pool of governors is where we get out successful candidates, NOT senators. Most senators elected Pres, are not successful and historically HAVE NOT FINISHED THEIR TERM AS PRESIDENT. They die in office.
