Arthur March confessed in federal court Monday to helping his son Perry dispose of his wife Janets body.
It was part of a plea bargain in which Arthur March pleaded guilty to conspiracy to the murder of Janet Marchs parents, Lawrence and Carolyn Levine.
At the hearing, Arthur March said Perry had confessed to Arthur that he killed Janet in a dispute in their house in Forrest Hills by a blow to the head with a wrench.
The sentencing of Arthur March is scheduled for May 1 at 1 p.m. at federal court.
OMG! This is big! I hope Perry March fries!
Is it you?
Can you imagine what Janet's two children have been thru the last 10 years? After all custody battles - living in Nashville, Chicago, Mexico and where ever else they've been. Can you imagine the lies Perry must have told them about the Levins?
Now to find out that their grandfather is admitting that he assisted in disposing of their mother's body after their father killed her during an argument....
Poor kids.
Arthur hasn't posted since Jan 20th. I hope he's not ill.
I saw that. I was just trying to be humorous.
Why is this in federal court instead of a state court?
May they both rot in hell.
It WAS funny. Then I checked his posting history. Now I'm just scratching my head.
I saw that hunting post too. Kinda creepy.
Considering this thread, you bet. But why am I laughing?
Yeah, and I am way to familiar with March's Attorney John Herbison. He is one creepy dude and I will leave it at that! I have waited for this day!!!
It's hard to imagine, to fathom what they must have gone through, and will go through, and their mother's killer has been poisoning them with well-publicized, sociopathic lies for a decade. Janet's parents may finally get justice for them and her, and get custody of the children, but the real struggles for them and the kids are about to begin. I saw that TV special about Perry March, watched him tell his 'story'. A lot of us thought he was lying then. A true sociopath. I think the older child, their son, seemed kind of unconvinced that his father didn't have something to do with his mother's disappearance, at the time of his own birthday no less. My prayers go out for the Levin's and the kids.
I wonder how Perry feels since his
dad turned him in. I hope he fries.
We know you didn't do it, AWM. ;-)
I don't think he has feelings like we might have. He seems a textbook sociopath, just using people to suit his own purposes. I'm sure he's quite upset, but he's spent a decade conspiring with his dad and lying to everyone, especially his kids. I hope he gets the maximum. I'm sure he's already working on the spin he'll try to use in court. I hope those who wish to prosecute him approach him carefully, because he is a flight risk, has perjured himself, and appears to be a sociopath, and I'm going to hate to see him try wiggling out of this.
