What people get for using what was designed as a waste diposal plant as a recreational facility.
How long will it be before we start hearing about this epidemic which needs funds thrown at it?
I see ribbons, bumperstickers, Broadway shows (Think "Team America") and so on.
What makes this doubly annoying and irritating is that our tax dollars must be spent on things like this that are nearly 100% preventable.
