If you are serious about protecting yourself you must assume he is armed and dangerous. He has already broken into your house. I will tell them nothing. By entering my house he has forfeited his life. Once they are in the house he has the choice of harming you are surrendering and going to jail. If he is a repeat offender he is looking at a long stretch behind bars. He will in most instances attack you. Do not give him the chance. Kill him.

There is a diference between protecting ones' self, and ones' material goods. I do not believe that by entering ones' house, they forfeit their life. If I thought I was in danger, no hesitation, if som,eone is rummaging through, and taking stuff, I would not kill him. I know enough about this stuff, to be able to tell. As I said, I would not be unarmed.
