Gonzalez wisely says he wants to be careful in answering, won't give away national secrets. AG says he'll get back to him with his answer.

Feingold snottily says he prefers that to being told the question is a hypothetical. Feingold moves on.

This is EXACTLY what MSM is focusing on right now! His refusal to answer and uh oh, Is this an admission that there IS domestic spying on Americans going on? Nothing else said today matters.
