>>>> ... we've got a full-blown lunatic on our hands here...He maybe a lunatic, but Ahmadinejad enjoys thumbing his nose at the US and our UN pals, all while Iranian scientists are advancing with their nuclear programs. So far, the west has done nothing. Islam marches on.

This time he's marching over Europe though. Me thinks there is an aire of panic over Europe.

As he should. Lets face it, the UN is inept. Saddam made a fool of them -- remember 11 years, 17 resolutions?
Why should this nut believe that anything that they say.
Thank you UN!

"Austere" doesn't seem like it involves laughter.
I think that's the joke.

"You can pass as many resolutions as you like and be happy about it, but you cannot stop the progress of the Iranian people... We thank God that our enemies are idiots," he was quoted as saying by Iranian news agencies. Why would he want to egg us into taking them apart ?
That's a lot of risk for very little benefit.
Is he just delusional or is this a gambit in a chess game ?

The Iranian people have reached the summit of science and technology. We have the bomb. The era of domination and repression is over and we are no longer in the Middle Ages. We're building more and laughing at you.

More from Mr. Unstable. Again I congratulate him for allowing us to consolidate the entire international community against him, even the reluctant Russia and China.
Who knows, if he keeps firing off his mouth long enough maybe people won't care when we launch our airstrikes and launch a massive land invasion.

I would estimate that Ahmadinejad is possessed by not less than 13, nor more than 99 literal demons. He takes his orders from "allah", aka Satan.

(The Shah doesn't look so bad now, eh? But nooo, Jimmah said the Ayatollah was a 'godly' man.)

Seeing the title, my first thought was "Laugh while you can, monkey boy".

"said the austere president."
Austere is French for something up his posterior.

Yes. I've been shaking my head trying to figure out why all these people want to make GWB look so good. They're building his legacy for him. :-)
