I'd take the other running back from USC over Reggie Bush as well.

That, to me is a toss up based on need of the team, thus one could go over the other based on draft order and team need:
White - Solid long term future as a strong running back. powerful, not quick. Decent hands, but not a break away type runner. Big enough to handle the NFL w/o question.
Bush - Quick, very quick. Excellent instincts for the hole, good hands. Break away runner. Versatility for pass receptions, punt and kick returns.
