A pay off is so unbelievable, it staggers the imagination. Yet, a number of times it was so bad, no other option comes to mind.
But, it benefits no one. The NFL would be devastated by such a thing. The Steelers wouldn't want it.
The difference between a fair game and not is subtle. And if I had enough money on the game, well?

Well I realize that I'm blowing off steam in my comments but it's been a long time since I've seen an NFL game with soooooooo many bad calls.
I've seen bad calls like the one with the Steelers and Colts but nothing like what I saw tonight. I mean that trick play for a touchdown had Big Ben throwing a below knees block on a guy.. if they flagged Matt for a tackle below the knees but don't flag Ben for the same thing it was obvious to me either they didn't know what they were doing or they were playing out an agenda.

Reward would be as much as the culprit could successfully bet on the game.
Sounds like a possibly high incentive here.
