I was once a seven-times-a-week buyer and reader but I've now reduced my NY Times reading to the minimum. The only money they get from me is for on-line access to their crossword puzzles.

My biggest fear is that they'll package the puzzles with the op-ed jerks and up the price. Then I'll have a real tough decision to make.

It's become the daily equivalent of The Nation.
