The homosexual lobby of Massachusetts, and the country as a whole, would gladly have set aside their profound opposition to the death penalty so that this guy could have fried if he had been caught alive.

You mean he didn't deserve a frying?

I wonder what his immigration status was? It isn't mentioned in the article. My own last name ends with a consonant so it is a question that naturally occurs to me.

If one shoots a Homo while he is robbing a bank at gun point, would that be a hate crime.

Couldn't fry. No death penalty in MA.

"You mean he didn't deserve a frying?" Such a dilemma for the liberals. Attacking queers = bad. Killing cops = good. The guy did both.

"Couldn't fry. No death penalty in MA." But he killed the officer in Arkansas, and we weren't going to give him back if he'd lived.

A fitting ending to a horrible story.

This will save the money of a trial at least.

You mean he didn't deserve a frying? I guess I should have more precise in choosing my words. Yes,he deserved the chair for killing the cop and the woman. And he would have deserved it if any of the homosexuals he attacked had died (none of them did die).
The point I was trying to make was that if one or more homosexuals had died, but nobody else, leftists in general, and homosexual leftists in particular, would have called for him to be hanged.
But if only the cop and/or the woman had died, these same individuals would have filed court motions and held candlelight vigils in his behalf.
Think back to Timothy McVeigh....did we hear even a peep of protest from "the usual suspects" when he was about to fry?

Good point - couldn't agree more...

Robida is a French name. There was a famous contemporary of Jules Verne named Albert Robida.

Fortunately, no such dillema for us conservatives. Killing any innocent=bad. Since we can't fry him retroactively, lets all just drink a six-pack and recycle it over his grave.

Ron Kuby protested when we were about to fry McVeigh. Then again, Kuby the Commie cheers every time someone commits murder as an act of "protest" against the government.
