Didn't some terrorists escape in Yemen a couple of years ago and they caught them? Yes. And I believe a few weeks later the CIA his them with a Hellfire Missile launched from a Predator drone. I think it was the first time we used a Predator as an attack weapon. The pictures were awesome. There wasn't much left of the car except some seat springs and twisted metal.
