Roger that. And to add a bit more. Some of the best sales people I've ever had were former Infantry Grunts. With the right motivation, the right tools and the cooresponding rewards they were top notch achievers.
Some ofthese were just naturals; but most had never seen above the standard of manual labor.
The same Grunt ethic when motivated and rewarded showed these men that they had a lot more than most had ever given them credit for.
There were some problems - but in sales these things get sorted ut pretty quick. But for those who learned to use that same gut drive to earn their CIB, Airborne Wings or Ranger Tab in the business world it opened up a lot of opportunity.

I saw sucessful career air force make second carers in sales. However, I will say, they did not take well to female supervision.
