Muslims have their own law, Sha'ria which travels with them, justice dispensed in their community by imams or mullahs.
Since they face east towards Mecca in their prayers, Mecca is moveable.
LJ, are you lawyer? Seems to me their beliefs and practices, customs and mores would be adequate basis for insanity defense in our courts.
