I am confident our government will make a stand and take this step.......right after the terrorist's second nuclear bomb attack and third bio weapon attack.

After the 3rd nuke attack our valiant State Department will reluctantly announce that "your activities are just not acceptable and should stop as soon as possible"! well wait a minute, they probably would delete the exclamation mark, no point in being overbearing.
