Within a week of her SNL fiasco, Simpson performed "live" at another televised event --this time without the aid of pre-recorded tracks or pitch correcting devices. Oh, it was terrible! That girl has no talent whatsoever.

I read some comment about that time that said Simpson was doing physical damage to her vocal chords with her style of "singing".

Not that I keep up with what claims to music nowadays, but I couldn't recognize an Ashlee Simpson song for a million
dollar prize, let alone name one.

My limited impression is that she's a Joan Jett wannabe.
