For an entire decade Warren Moon was the only player on the Houston Oilers that was worth a damn. Outside of the offensive line that is. He played for a very mediocre team and managed to get them to the playoffs nearly every year.
Like it or not, the guy won a lot of games, threw a lot of yards (I think the most if you include CFL), and threw a lot of touchdowns.
The Oilers of the late 80s and early 90s just didn't have a full team to go further into the playoffs.
Moon might have hit even more receivers if he had spent less time hitting his wife. He was a jerk!
