Hmmmm. Rockefeller was the author of a memo outlining the plan that "could only be used once" or some such words, if I recall correctly, by Democrat political operatives to bring down the Bush administration. He also had the lame note in his safe in which he objected to NSA interception of foreign communications for national security.

Interesting if true.

Wyden was at his insulting worst during the Negroponte hearing. He seemed both irascible, and from general appearances, a man who was extremely nervous. I wonder why?
