If you note the 'tongue' spoken was understood, what need would there be to speak in a 'tongue' that nobody understands? I suppose that speaking in a tongue that is understood is for the benefit of the person who understands, and that the tongue that nobody understands is for the person who speaks. In both cases it is a sign for the non-believer.

Now if the "teacher" "preacher" is speaking in a tongue that no one understands that is confusion. All cases wherein "tongues" are described the hearers, understood what the message was.
I do not speak or understand French, so it would be pointless for me to listen to a French teacher speaking French.
Now I have yet to hear these "tongues" speakers utter anything that makes me understand anything they are saying, and the Heavenly Father does not need the Bible lesson if that is who the tongues are being spoken to.
