Rall has the mind of a six-year old.
WITHOUT security and enforcement of laws via the military/police, there IS no "constitution" to uphold.

Has Ted Rall been invited to venezuela to draw cartoons of Chavez? Or maybe Castro will find Rall's depictions of Cuba amusing? AGain and again the same thing comes up - its easy and fashionable to mock the civilized - like the US, like christians etc but really courageous and dangerous and moral to ridicule the truly egregious - like commie basturds in commielands, like that unforgettable image of a lone student facing a tank in tiananmen, of drawing profet mahomet's cartoons etc. Bottomline? If you wanna be heard and get respect, then you gotta blow up things... Now, this photo below, one of my favorites, is exhibit A in courage in recent times. Its easy to burn the US flag but doing what that kid did down there in that photograph? Thats courage for you. Often wonder what happened to him, though...
