How near is this to Birmingham? Isn't there a large Islamic "training camp" type setup there? I remember it from about 2 years ago when a former black panther leader was involved in shoot out. He had converted either in or after leaving prison and was working with an islamic community in rural Alabama near there.

That's true. I traveled with a choir to sing in some of them while growing up with that religion. They were sweet, gave us much praise and always asked us to return to sing in their churches again.
