Long before former postal employee Jennifer Sanmarco went on a suicidal rampage inside a mail processing plant in Santa Barbara, killing six people there and a seventh elsewhere, acquaintances and others took note of her odd behavior, a spiral of bizarre acts that began at least two years ago.
A former plant worker said the attacker had made racist comments in the past, and at least six of the victims were minorities, but investigators have refused to discuss a motive in the slayings.
But interviews with officials and others in New Mexico, Sanmarco's home state, to which she returned in 2004 after she lost her job at the mail facility, paint a picture of an unpredictable woman.

Government is the first place that political correct laws are applied so unless the manager was looking for a sexual harassment lawsuit that would not be happening. Maybe some non-government shops are as you describe.

It is tough to make decisions on others free will.
As a person who is living in way to advocate for quadroplegics who most of society sees as "dummies" I have to disagree with corraling those some seem unfit.
It is a difficult line but unlesss someone crosses civil law and causes themselves to be put behind bars we cannot be vigilantes on who is odd or strange and hang em high.
I have to side on the side of civil liberties for those who most seem odd.
My fear is more with those who seem so appropriate and through frustration would make a choice of disregarding all of our civil liberties.
