Private Eye May Be Tried Again

Former private investigator Anthony Pellicano will be returned to Los Angeles from a federal prison near Bakersfield as early as today to face new charges that he and others illegally used wiretaps and confidential law enforcement records to help his clients, sources said Thursday.

The transfer of Pellicano to local federal custody comes as authorities prepare for the release of grand jury indictments resulting from more than three years of investigation by the FBI, said the sources, who refused to be identified because of the continuing criminal probe. The indictments could be announced as soon as Monday, they said.

Looks like the Pelican, along with quite a few others, is going to be spending a good deal more time as a guest of the Government. Since this is something that affects the whole Hollywood community some of us can have at least a tiny hope that the dirt might find its way up to the Witch. My own suspicion is that the Pelican had a great deal to do with Vince Foster's "suicide."

Pellicano was Hillary's plumber, and Kathleen Willey was warned off w/ a similar MO to that of the LA reporter. If only this investigation leads right to the top!

Has anyone explained exactly why Pellicano had grenades and explosives in his apartment? Where they came from, where they were going?
