Cornyn said he doesn't see a lot of support in the Senate for a provision denying children of illegal immigrants born in the United States citizenship or for building a fence on the southern border.
Hmm...yup, that Kyl/Cornyn bill the 'Bots have been all geeked out over sure will solve all these problems! We don't NEED a "provision" denying the Childern of Illegals citizenship..we just need a proper reading of the 14th Amendment!
Guess it's time to make a distinct separtation...'Bots, Ruling Eeee-lites and OBL-ers, and Americans and Conservatives that are serious about stopping Illegal Infiltration and securing the Borders.
At last poll, 85% were on the side of America...that leaves the OBL Ruling Eeee-lites with 15%...
Does Jorge really like those numbers?
"Ahead Sell-Out Factor 10, Mr. Chertoff!"
He doesn't care about numbers and neither do that bunch of traitors in Congress. They are going to give Bush what he wants because they KNOW there is NOTHING we can do about it. Bush isn't up for reelection so he does NOT care about what we think, and by the time we could "vote the others out" it will be too late. The damage will already be done. They get what they want. Money from the big corporations and Americans get shafted, again!!!
Denying birth citizenship IS a non-starter. We have too many treaties with other countries regarding this. And the fact that it would require the Texas state constitution be amended. I do not trust these clowns in DC or Austin to go in and tamper with constitutions. They can not even uphold the current laws, why trust them to write more crap that they will not enforce?
If even that, when the questions are properly framed rather than gamed.

We just need someone to bring a citizenship case to the Supreme Court and have 5 justices on the Supreme Court to support a proper reading of the 14th. I wonder how many votes on the Supreme Court would support a proper reading though.
