Among the matters proved:

Roberts lied or was ignorant about the fact that the Patriot Act would NOT create a secret police.

Roberts apparently thought Secret Service meant the same thing as secret police

Roberts said the "secret police" would be able to arrest people if they happen to witness a crime, or suspect a crime is in progress. It turns out that is the same power that already is given to all police officers and even private citizens.

Freepers who believe in Paul Craig Roberts would have a better chance being deemed credible if they believed in the tooth fairy.
