I see it differently. If I'm not mistaken, the issue has to do with employers not willing to pay for a background check on possible new hires. Boehner thinks that is an undue burden. I say, baloney! You hire an illegal, you're breaking US law and you should be prosecuted and punished. Period.

The issue has to do with employers not willing to retrain legal new hires who will undoubtably know that being legal means they can't be underpaid the minimum wage, not paid overtime, etc.
