A legitimate opinion, then. I might disagree, but won't flame when it is put that way. New Orleans goes longer beteen flood than the San Francisco bay area goes between major earthquakes. The big difference is that corruption is much more blatant in New Orleans.
The Dem machine is dead in New Orleans never to return. For all this talk about how the Dems want to bring everyone back I thinks it false. There not coming back in huge numbers. Blanco and the Landrius know this there Dems but not stupid.
