GW is purposely NOT DOING ANYTHING about the illegal immigration problem. He's got his marching orders and he's not going to do anything to truely deter illegal immigration and interrupt the course of the New World Order.

America is NOT being represented fairly by this President/Puppet. I've never regretted a vote more in my life as the one I cast for GWB in 2000.

Well he's right of course. A reasonable cap on H1-b visas would be, oh, 5 and a half billion.

That allows for future intergalactic immigration.

I had a call from the RNC on Tuesday. Apparently, they are getting turned down a lot because of the immigration issue. 'Said I'd write checks again when I hear of massive deportations of ILLEGALS.

George Bush is right. There are jobs Americans Won't Do.

If he wants to argue for loosening immigration requirements, that would be one thing. But he's arguing for rewarding border jumpers with guest-worker status. That's inexcusable.

:) very true, you could bring in the entire world and it would still not be enough.

President Bush has earned an A+ in the War on Terror, but an F- in immigration.

I can't be convinced that there is a War on Terror, so long as the Border is wide open.

My feelings exactly, GW43 had an opportunity to be a truly great President, but his approach to immigration has tarnished his administration and Presidency.

Please don't overlook Number 1 on the list of "jobs Americans Won't Do":

The most conspicuous such job is the job of enforcing our immigration laws.

So. We need to get behind President Bush and help him find someone who will do the job he won't do. Vicente Fox?

Wow, you've got to remember to take your meds! That rant was near Art Bell quality.

Whoops. I guess a little context makes a difference, doesn't it?

Yup. If the current occupant won't or can't fulfill his duties we may want to outsource the POTUS job.

For the pay we offer I figure we could hire an entire Indian call center, and let them do the job. They could phone in their work from Calcutta. Maybe have one of them live in the White House to do the ceremonial stuff. Ain't globalism grand.

ABSOLUTELY!!
The mexican workers that I have delt with mostly are very hard workers and they do a good job, BUT they MUST be in the country legally! No other country in the world even considers REWARDING the criminals!

I've never regretted a vote more in my life as the one I cast for GWB in 2000.

Yep. His daddy pushed me out of the big Republican tent with his 'read my lips' fiasco.

Even though registered as an Independent, I still voted Republican all this time.

That's it.

I'm done!

No more holding my nose to vote for the lesser evil, and frankly I no longer give a damn if it means the Dems come to power.

Better the devil you know than the devil you don't.

If I can't find someone worth voting for, I just won't vote!

The only difference between the Pubs and the Dems is that the Pubs screw you over slower, and have enough smarts to be sneakier about it!

Thanks!
I've been very tied up with work and haven't been able to participate in the discussions very much. I hate to do a "hit and run" post so I had to revert back to mainly just lurking.
We have been rebuilding a couple of manufacturing facilities that were under water from the hurricanes.
