Kim Gandy Cussin' Mad Over Alito Confirmation

National Organization for Women president Kim Gandy was so angry on Tuesday after the Senate confirmed Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito that she began cursing during a radio interview.

"That is such b - llsh - t!" Gandy exclaimed, after radio host Steve Malzberg argued that Alito was nowhere near as politically extreme as Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who once favored lowering the age of consent for women to 12.

The staff at WOR Radio bleeped Gandy's swearword and Malzberg promptly warned her, "Hey, hey, hey - you can't say that on the air...I suggest that you control yourself - we're on the public airwaves."

Souding surprised at the reprimand, the NOW chief responded: "Excuse me - that's a curseword?"

Gandy of NOW, which advocates women be in all combat positions (frontline ground combat included), took this opportunity to hypocritically play the big V-Card (victim card), when she said,

"Gandy then complained that the U.S. military was mistreating "our soldiers, especially our female soldiers."

"There are women soldiers in Iraq who died of dehydration because they were afraid to drink any liquids after three or four in the afternoon because they would be raped if they had to go to the latrine at night," the top feminist fumed. "Raped by our own soldiers."

Isn't it odd how in Gandy's mind women soldiers are "especially mistreated," when it is men who make up over 97% of combat deaths and injuries in this war. Historically American men are 99.999% of combat deaths and injuries in wars.

Oh, and she also said she thought Bush has done some pretty terrible things.

I know it's too much to ask, but does she have any form of support for these allegations? When I was in the military we were FIERCELY protective of female soldiers, which is one of the reasons a lot of people advocated keeping women out of combat zones (we'd spend more time worrying about them and worrying about the mission). I don't deny there are bad apples in the military, after all there are bad people everywhere. But raping a female soldier in a combat zone would've been a good way to earn yourself a permanent nap.

It's certainly the first time I ever heard such a claim. The one thing I do know is true is that gender feminists have historically lied about things to get what they want. Years later after their lies are fully refuted, they are still going around. "Witch hunting" men is a major part of the gender feminist's modus operandi. A good book, which documents a lot of the lies told by gender feminists is called, The War Against Boys by Chirstina Hoff-Sommers, and of course there is that brand new best seller, Women Who Make the World Worse by Kate O'Beirne. Last time I checked both books are available at Amazon.

I was talking to an old friend who just got back from serving there, I asked him about the conditions there and the topic swung over to some of the women he served with. He told me that they were treated just like one of the guys, like they were their older sisters. Guys in the unit could tease and banter with them all day long, but if anyone outside the unit did anything insulting or demeaning in any way the whole unit came down on them like a ton of bricks. I got the impression he had formed as close, or even closer bond to them as he did to any other guy he served with, and knowing him like I do he would have cheerfully held a blanket party one night to get the message out that you don't mess with his friends.
