Wonder if it's the women or the writer that doesn't know the difference between contraception and abortion.

...a state policy that requires pharmacies to provide all "commonly prescribed medicines."

Pending legislation will require all gas stations to carry Jet-A fuel in case an airplane can't get to the nearest airport.

These crazy trollops are trying to pull a fast one. Wal-Mart isn't a hospital emergency room so they're not required to carry the homicide pill.

Dear Dr. Gee:

I am writing to you because I am a woman who was refused "medication" by WalMart. I have recently started a homebased meth lab (work from home, be your own boss, etc.) and WalMart refused to sell me 72 cases of cold pills, which I need to make my product. Can you please sue them on my behalf? I'd do it myself, but the cops are looking for me. You seem to be a champion of disempowered, disenfranchised women of the Bray State, so can you please defend my freedom of "choice"? I have "rights"...thus and so forth, etc. and so on ad nauseaum.

BOSTON (AP) -- Three Massachusetts women backed by pro-abortion rights groups sued Wal-Mart on Wednesday, saying the retail giant violated a state regulation by failing to stock emergency contraception pills in its pharmacies.

It's just all about convenience isn't it? The sluts were inconvenienced by not finding their drugs at the first place they shopped. They certainly didn't want to be inconvenienced by pregnancy or having a child. And going to work isn't convenient either, so lets sue a rich company. How disgusting.

WAL-MART is hated by liberals publicly for 2 reasons, although the typical shopper at WAL-MART is a low to middle income middle-aged or senior liberal woman based on my own unscientific observations: 1. WAL-MART is anti-union.
2. WAL-MART contributes more in its political contributions to Republicans than Democrats. Most shoppers and people who complain about WAL-MART don't know about #2 and many couldn't care about #1.

WAL-MART should be able to stock its pharmacies with whatever it wants or doesn't want to put on the shelf. The argument that these 3 abortion fanatics are suing over should have as much merit as suing Home Depot because it doesn't stock toilet paper and they may have soiled their pants. Except in Illinois where it appears to be mandatory to stock, WAL-MART's should be able to stock or refuse to stock anything they want.

This suit should go down in flames and the crazy courts in Taxachusetts should toss this one on the sidewalk where it can fall in the sewer where it belongs.

"Three Massachusetts women backed by pro-abortion rights groups sued Wal-Mart on Wednesday..."

Nothing to see here, Kids. It's just the Looney Left Culture of Death creating more "Mother Sheehans" to carry their water as they can't get what they want through Congress or through the courts or through winning elections. ;)

He added that Wal-Mart would formally request clarification of the state regulation from Attorney General Tom Reilly or the state's Board of Pharmacy. He said if either directs the company to carry certain products, "Wal-Mart will abide."

So what's the problem?
