I don't avoid any issue, but in case you need a refresher course in American Gov't 101, CONGRESS holds the purse strings and POTUS asked for the line item veto last night!
No person, let alone ANY president, is perfect. If you actually took the time to read the replies, of those whom you claim say that, you might have the shock of your life! I, for one, have complained, right here on FR, about things that President Bush has said or done, that I did NOT agree with.
