AZ Airmen PING
That's pretty cool. Good to know there's still a few actors out there that support our guys in uniform.
More about Gary Sinise and his support of our troops, plus a link to his "Operation Iraqi Children" site:

"America's Best: Gary Sinise
An Oscar nominee launches a charity to stock schools in war-torn Iraq.
Balad, Iraq
July 25 issue - When actor Gary Sinise talks about Operation Iraqi Children, the humanitarian organization he cofounded 16 months ago to provide basic supplies to schools in the war-ravaged country, he does not peddle sob stories. He does not proselytize, or inflate with self-satisfaction the way celebrities usually do when they wax about giving back. He describes his project in modest terms, as if it were as simple and obvious as shutting off the lights when you leave a room. "We're just about giving some pencils to some kids," says Sinise, 50, star of "CSI: New York" and an Oscar nominee for "Forrest Gump." "That's it."

Gary Sinise plays bass, right?
That's a great article. It's nice to see that there are some actors who love the boys (and yes gals) in uniform and appreciate what they're doing.
Gary Sinise Bump!
I've heard Gary Sinise on Sean Hannity and Mark Levin's radio shows--he's truly on America's team and one of the good guys. I truly hope it doesn't have a deleterious effect on his career. He deserves better. (Plus he's a fine actor and a heck of a good looking man..)
