This one?
That's it...Thanks. I didn't know it had been posted.
Cool. If I get an invite to the next SOTU address I'll attend nattily attired in my "Ted Kennedy's Car Has Killed More People Than My Gun" t-shirt.
YES! LOL
Get some pictures!
And yet, someone who was willing to be quoted by name, said something altogether different than this "she didn't break any laws".
Thus far, only the Washington Post has revealed, She was also vocal, said U.S. Capitol Police Chief Terrance W. Gainer, and after she ignored instructions to close her jacket and quiet down, she was led out and arrested. Demonstrating in the House gallery is prohibited.
I think you're right and some Congressmen pressured the capitol police to drop the charges.
Watch FNC. Brit just said he'll be back with some things that happened behind the scenes last night at the SOTU. Maybe he'll have more on this.

Police Apologize, Drop Charge Vs. Sheehan
By LAURIE KELLMAN, Associated Press Writer 9 minutes ago
WASHINGTON - Capitol Police dropped a charge of unlawful conduct against antiwar activist Cindy Sheehan Wednesday and offered apologies to her as well as a congressman's wife after they were ejected from
President Bush's State of the Union address for wearing T-shirts with war messages.
Police removed Sheehan and Beverly Young, the wife of Rep. C.W. "Bill" Young, R-Fla., from the visitors gallery Tuesday night. Sheehan was taken away in handcuffs before Bush's arrival at the Capitol and charged with a misdemeanor, while Young was not arrested.
Capitol Police did not explain why Sheehan was arrested and Young was not. However the unlawful conduct charge against Sheehan was being dropped, according to Deputy House Sergeant of Arms Kerri Hanley. And in a private meeting Wednesday, Capitol Police Chief Terrance Gainer apologized and planned to issue a statement, Rep. Thomas told reporters.
"They were operating under the misguided impression that the T-shirt was not allowed," Hanley said Wednesday. "The fact that she (Sheehan) was wearing a T-shirt is not enough reason to be asked to leave the gallery, or be removed from the gallery, or be arrested."
(snip)
Yep, she's about as physically attractive and mentally engaging as that Camilla Parker Bowles lass.
Has it been reported was exactly she did to get arrested? It wasn't the shirt, she must have hit or pushed someone..right?
Why on earth would you assume Camilla Parker Bowles is not "mentally engaging." What a horrible and mean thing to say. You don't like her looks, fine. But I would bet every last dollar I have that she more "mentally engaging" than you.
Good link to a good catch. I had read elsewhere that this kind of thing was against the law, but it's nice to see the law itself.
Will do!
This ditz was capable of disrupting the whole enchilada with shouts, wails and screams during the speech. It was worth "making a mistake" to tie her up for a few hours.....and somebody higher up with advanced knowledge (and cajones) that she'd be there worked this out. Better of two evils.
Cindy may be learning the hard way that more than one person can play hard ball. She's NOT going to set the agenda.

I've heard her speak; it does nothing for me. Sorry.
IMO, by naming Terrance Gainer (former righthand man to leftist-accomodating MPDC Chief Ramsey) to the position of Chief of the Capitol Police Department.
Undoubtedly, they will.
