Will the Dems show up next year with "FUGWB" t-shirts on?That was my first thought; yet another 'standard' debased by the left.
Hey, wear flip flops next year!

LOL........my, you're very forward thinking!
This will be a "victory" for her and she'll still maintain she was targeted by George.
Now all bets are off; hell, let's bring the FALN protesters back!

Without charges she won't get as much press.
The press feeds the beast.
Right your are!
But, that's not how the left and DUmmies will interpret the news of the dropped charges.
They will point at the arrest as a further abuse of power by the Bush administration and at the quashing of her rights, ie, freedom of expression.
That's the way of radical lefties. She will milk her arrest to the maximum. So, she'll get the same amount of publicity either way.

great idea, i hope 1 day she does.
To: veronica
Bummer. I was really hoping she'd end up in a prison cell with someone named Large Marge.
I think cindi would consider that as a bonus.

Great point.
This is another anonymous source - capitol police officer - from the MSNBC/DNC giving Sheite Sheehan another moment of victim hood by saying she wasn't in violation of any law.
Put the name of anonymous on the record if he exists.
To: Howlin
This woman is too unattractive and uninteresting to hold the public's attention and too stupid to be taken seriously.
She has yet to say or do anything original.

Sounds like the person who "screwed up" is this anonymous high-ranking officer who does not know the law for the Capitol building.....??

I finally heard what her voice sounds like on the radio today. She sounds like a 10 year old.

And I will have two glasses of red wine to celebrate Justice Alito and Chief Justice Roberts while the libs squeeze out the remainder of an expired Capri-Sun juice pack.

Please note the context of the comment:
We screwed up, a top Capitol Police official said, speaking on condition of anonymity. He said Sheehan didn't violate any rules or laws.
By definition, if a reporter claims to have an "anonymous source," they don't or are lying about what was said. They made the comment up to support their particular spin on the event.
She did violate rules of the House, which I understand are enacted under procedures that make them have the effect of law. The rule forbids any disruptive behavior in the gallery of the House, which would include prominent protest signs or slogans on t-shirts (things like small lapel pins are OK). As noted they also ejected a congressman's wife for wearing a "support the troops" t-shirt (though she wasn't arrested) and, during the Clinton impeachment a person was ejected for wearing a t-shirt critical of ol Billy Jeff himself.
It is possible that the arrest was mistaken (though I bet justified by things she did and said), but clearly ejecting her from the gallery was lawful and according to House rules.

Maybe.
I'm thinking that the Congress critters put pressure on the Capitol police; you know how special they think they are.

Are you able to post things here from Michael Moore's webpage? I got the article from The Drudge Report, and it is a letter Cindy Sheehan has written about last night. In the letter, she contradicts herself about her intentions, and IMO, is further proof she is mentally deficient. I can give you the address, but I don't want to violate any rules here.

To me she is a dead ringer for Luann on King of the Hill. Exactly the same voice inflection.
