Former congressman to start prison term
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Former congressman Edward Mezvinsky began serving a nearly seven-year prison term Monday for defrauding investors of more than $10 million, time he says he'll spend reading and writing before he's eligible for parole at age 71.
