Actually, I was reading that thinking he was wrong on so many levels, but then at the end the idea of putting them on probation, given that they've demonstrated that they CAN desist if they want to, might be worth looking at.
But then, another problem is that Fatah and Hamas seem to like to sabotage each other so when Fatah would be working on a deal Hamas would blow it up. I expect the reverse will be true now. Another right-hand/left-hand tactic?
