I will not defend her. The conviction was overturned, based on false testimony. Bail is allowed. Even for the trash that perjured themselves at the first trial. That is why they did not charge her on everything at the first trial. Because of stuff like this.
I believe there was testimony to the effect that the murders were similar to an episode of Law & Order. It turned out that there never was such an episode.
That's funny. The psychiatrist used to be a friend from church. Very sweet person. The screenwriter that wrote the episode of CSI or whatever was sitting in the office right next door to me for a while doing some contract writing, but kind of got canned for not producing, and then when she DID produce, plaigerizing.
IIRC, she was only tried on and convicted of two counts of murder. The other three she can still be tried for.
